This is a phased project covering 150 acres broken up into four parcels. Phase 1 included clearing of 30 acres on two parcels. Earthwork included approximately 30,000 cubic yards of cut and 30,000 cubic yards of fill. Phase 1 also involved a voluntary cleanup action plan to remove lead and PAHs released into approximately 15 acres of soil from targets and lead shot used at the old Evergreen Sportsmans Club.

Phase 2 excavated approximately 300,000 cubic yards of material from a third parcel and placed it on the first two parcels.

Additional phases of work will be conducted in the future.
