PUBLIC SAFETY COMPLEX PUMP STATION AND TEMPORARY TREATMENT

This project includes a pump station and temporary treatment facility in order to provide sewer service treatment for the Public Safety Complex.

The Pump station consists of 70 feet of 8-inch diameter gravity sewer, 4-foot diameter manholes, two in-channel grinders in a 10-foot diameter manhole, submersible wastewater duplex pump station, vaults, 85 feet of 6-inch sanitary sewer force main, odor control unit and site work.

The temporary treatment consists of 50 feet of 6-inch PVC force main; 10,000 square foot, 10 foot deep aeration pond with HDPE liner, three floating aerators, and one floating mixer; 8,750 square foot, 10 foot deep settling pond with HDPE liner; recirculation pump station; dosing pump station; distribution vault and associated valves and piping; six 3,575 square foot, 5 foot deep rapid infiltration basins; and site work.
