Client: Nisqually Indian Tribe

Location: Olympia, WA

Contract Value: $700,000

Completed: May 2013

NCS was the prime contractor for this Design/Build project which consisted of site improvements and new construction of a drive-through facility for the sale of espresso and tobacco products. A challenge to this project was to maintain a similar branding identity as the Nisqually Market previously built in Lakewood. The building is approximately 800 SF and consists of two drive-thru windows, one walk-up window, delivery services, additional stock material storage and management office space.

The exterior facade includes a stone veneer base, aluminum storefront system, Hardie cement siding and a gable walk-up canopy supported by heavy architectural timber columns and beams. Site improvements included the demolition of the existing facilities, rough grading, storm system, sanitary sewer, water service, site lighting, sidewalks, asphalt paving, signage and landscape improvements.
