This Design/Build construction project consisted of renovation of an existing convenience store and gas station facility. The existing building was approximately 2,500 SF constructed approximately 15 years ago. Approximately 500 SF was added to provide a drive-thru window, delivery area, additional stock material storage and a manager's office. The entire building exterior facade was changed including the addition of a wood truss system over the existing low slope roof structure to create a sloping roof.

The existing fueling system was upgraded by removing the 4 dispenser in-line fueling orientation and replacing it with a new 4 dispenser tandem island arrangement and fuel canopy. New fuel controls and inventory systems were installed including a new point of sale system to speed up transaction times. Site improvements included the storm system, sanitary sewer, site lighting, sidewalks, asphalt paving and landscape improvements.
