NCS provided a construction management team to oversee the construction of a 48-acre complex which included a 36,000 SF support building with offices for police, fish and game, and corrections officers as well as two 7,000 SF housing buildings which together will house 295 inmates. Also included is a 6,000 SF warehouse building for storage, maintenance and laundry; and a 4,000 SF recreation building. A highly sophisticated security and monitoring system was installed along with site improvements such as parking lots, site lighting, fencing and landscaping.
